Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Assign tasks to TLs and maximize sale opportunities
• Performance Management: Set clear performance goals and metrics, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Team Motivation: Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high morale.

Sales Operations:

• Sales Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
• Quota Setting: Set realistic and achievable sales quotas for individual team members and the overall team.
• Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales revenue and pipeline opportunities to inform business planning.

Sales Coaching and Development:

• Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
• Skill Development: Identify individual strengths and weaknesses, and provide targeted development plans to improve performance.
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess individual and team performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Sales Reporting: Generate regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and customer metrics. And ensuring all reports are submitted to reporting manager on time.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Business Insights: Provide insights to senior management on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
