Job Title: SAP Solution Architect FICO

Location: Pune Baner Onsite

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Experience: 12+ in SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions in alignment with business requirements and objectives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Provide expert-level support and guidance on SAP FICO module configurations, integrations, and custom developments.

- Ensure that SAP FICO solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to best practices.

- Architect end-to-end SAP solutions, working closely with functional and technical teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.

- Perform gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements within finance and controlling processes.

- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (i.e., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.

- Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and support post-go-live activities.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper use of SAP FICO functionalities.

- Document technical designs, processes, and procedures for future reference and audits.

- Stay up to date with SAP trends, innovations, and new functionalities to improve system capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- At least 12 years of experience in SAP FICO, including solution design, implementation, and support.

- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules (FI, CO, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, etc.) and their integration with other modules.

- Proven experience in leading SAP FICO implementations and supporting large-scale SAP projects.

- Deep understanding of business processes in finance and controlling, and the ability to map them to SAP functionality.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Certifications in SAP FICO or SAP Solution Architecture are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP BW/BI, and SAP Integration technologies.

- Experience in other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SD, or PP.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile SAP environment.

- Ability to work in a global team and manage projects across different regions
