Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team on contract basis and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support. As an SAP FICO Consultant, he will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements. Ensure proper integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and optimize financial processes, recommending SAP FICO best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and develop financial reports using SAP FICO reporting tools. Provide support for financial data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Implement and maintain SAP FICO functionalities that support compliance initiatives.
• Conduct user training sessions on SAP FICO processes and functionalities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Create and maintain documentation related to SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, integration, and best practices.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
