OD Trainer

'Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Learning & Development (L&D) professional with a strong foundation in Behavioral and Leadership Training, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development (OD) and a proven track record of creating and managing learning calendars. This role will focus on building employee capabilities, enhancing leadership skills, and driving a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Behavioral and Leadership Training:
• Design and deliver impactful behavioral and leadership development programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Develop high-potential employees through targeted interventions and coaching.
2. Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs across levels and functions.
• Conduct gap analyses to ensure learning solutions align with business objectives.
3. Learning Management System (LMS):
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of the LMS to enhance training accessibility and tracking.
• Curate and manage online content and e-learning modules.
4. Learning Calendar:
• Create and manage an annual learning calendar that aligns with organizational priorities.
• Ensure timely execution and communication of training programs.
5. Talent Management/OD:
• Support talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.
• Contribute to organizational development strategies that foster employee engagement and retention.
6. Evaluation and ROI:
• Measure training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Present insights to leadership on the ROI of learning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in L&D, with exposure to Talent Management or OD.
• Expertise in behavioral training, leadership development, and TNA methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
