Job Title: Master Trainer

Locations:

• South Bangalore
• East – Kolkata

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years in handling front-line sales training of insurance advisors and employees in India.
• At least 3 years of experience in life insurance sales training.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in regional languages.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Delivery:
• Prepare comprehensive monthly training plans
• Deliver new employee inductions
• Delivery new product/process training for employees and partners
• Deliver periodic product/process refreshers employees and partners
• Provide on the job coaching during recruitment and sales calls
2. Master Trainer
• Schedule Train The Trainer sessions for Front line sales (Territory managers and regional heads) and certify them on the various training modules
• As master trainer, train and certify sales employees to become front-line trainers for agents and partners.
• Conduct period quality audit of training delivery of certified employees and develop and execute training plans to bridge gaps
• Conduct regular activity management skill workshops to drive activity based business generation culture in the region
3. Performance Tracking:
• Maintain training attendance and feedback and publish periodic updates to sales leadership.
• Track progress of key milestones in Aagaz (100 day induction plan of front line sales)
• Track mandatory training, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of training sessions conducted.
• Quality of feedback received from training participants.
• Successful execution of special activation projects.
• Quality and effectiveness of regional training programs for certified sales employees.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales training, specifically in the insurance sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel 10-12 days per month.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and sales processes.
