HR Manager | At Swiss Pac

We are a multinational company manufacturing packaging materials in India, with a total strength of 500 people worldwide. We have sales offices and warehouses in different countries like India, Singapore, Australia, Canada, UAE, and Mexico.

Roles and Responsibilities

- To ensure timely hiring of resources per the defined timeline for an effective employee life cycle to achieve smooth business objectives.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the respective department - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and assessing candidates.

- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding

- Generation and management of timely reports

- Checking on the governances and statutory compliances

Desired Candidate Profile

- Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in HR

- Must have excellent English communication skills

- Managed large size team

- Ready to work without any time constraints.
