Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Quick Commerce Account Management:
Own and manage relationships with Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, and other key marketplaces to drive revenue growth.
Ensure optimal product visibility, content, and pricing strategies across all platforms.
Collaborate with category managers and account representatives to enhance brand positioning.
Sales Performance Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor key metrics such as sell-through rate, GMV, conversion rates, and inventory turnover to optimize performance.
Work closely with demand planning and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability and replenishment.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure timely listing, cataloging, and updating of product details, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Handle operational aspects, including order fulfillment, returns management, and customer escalations.
Data Analysis Reporting:
Track and analyze platform-wise sales performance, return rates, and customer reviews.
Generate insights from sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Share periodic reports and performance updates with senior management.
Marketing Promotions:
Collaborate with the digital marketing team for platform-specific ad campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand promotions.
Plan and execute special promotions like Big Billion Days, Myntra End of Reason Sale, and category-specific events.
Leverage platform marketing tools like Meesho Ads, Myntra Ads, and Blinkit banners for maximum visibility.
Key Qualifications Skills:
3-6 years of experience in E-Commerce account management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care categories.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces, Quick Commerce models, and digital sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.
Prior experience handling Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, or similar platforms is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
