Job Description: Site Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:
- Visit shortlisted POD properties with the Business Development (BD) team for site measurements and validation of all technical requirements. 
- Fill out the site validation checklist for new PODs and share it with the draftsman. 
- Collaborate with draftsmen on floor plans and detailed drawings, providing necessary site inputs. 
- Brief vendors on Good for Construction (GFC) drawings in coordination with the project manager and assist in their execution. 
- Regularly monitor outsourced contractors to ensure work quality and quantity meet site requirements. 
- Inspect materials used on-site to ensure they match the specifications approved in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). 
- Ensure construction progresses according to the PERT chart for timely project completion. 
- Communicate any site condition-based changes to the project manager, update drawings accordingly, and implement corrections. 
- Validate completed work scopes with accurate measurements. 
- Assist the project manager in site measurements for preparing final invoices. 

Preferred Candidate Profile: 
- Graduation in B.Tech with 2-5 years of experience in retail management or a related field. 

- Electric fittings, Kitchen and Residential construction work experiences will preferable.
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills. 
- Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced situations. 
- Experience in the retail, FMCG, or quick commerce industry is highly preferred. 
- Proficient in AutoCAD, project management tools, and MS Office.
