Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain partnerships with premium and popular restaurants.

- Negotiate exclusive deals, privileges, and priority reservations for customers.

- Coordinate with Swiggy Dine Out to associate deals and discounts for RARE users.

- Ensure seamless coordination for booking tables and managing dining experiences.

- Create a curated list of recommended dining spots and dishes based on customer profiles.

Background:

- 5+ years in F&B management, hospitality, or concierge services.

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of top restaurants and dining trends.

KRAs:

- Build and maintain a high-quality network of restaurant partners.

- Ensure flawless execution of customer dining requests.

- Deliver exceptional dining experiences through curated recommendations and exclusive benefits.

KPIs:

- Number of exclusive restaurant deals secured per quarter.

- Success rate of tasks in Restaurant category
