Swiggy Dineout is in its early stages of growing and winning the dining out category, and Swiggy Dineout is nascent but intends to disrupt and grow the market. The Swiggy Dineout category is growing steadily, with the number of unlocks being aplenty to propel us forward. The role of Manager will be to own multiple campaigns and events for- Dineout Category. This will involve breaking running regional, national, user level events and design storefronts and CRM medias like Push Notifications, Whatsapp Messaging and figure out other avenues to create a holistic approach of getting more traffic to the category
- Responsibilities: Leading Revenue and Growth Initiatives for Swiggy Scenes - Live Events platform of Swiggy Dineout MTU Growth Planning & Performance
- Build MTU plans, i.e. AOP, QOP & MOP at User Cohort X Geography levels- in coordination with partner teams and triangulate daily/weekly plans with input metrics
- Scoping, sizing & planning of growth experiments/initiatives to drive MTU metric and deliver the MoP/QoP/AoP goals
- Coordinate with partner teams to solution for building blocks/recovery plans to deliver the MTU goalsRunning Growth Initiatives
- Events & Experiences : Responsible for driving GTM and Revenue for regional level, national level events on the basis of key objectives of the category.-
- Run point on its GTM end to end
- Manage Storefronts : Manage user level/city level storefronts and contribute to increase in conversions for new users, dormant users and repeat users
- CRM & Customer Notifications - Own the customer CRM nudges like Push notifications, emailers, whatsapp, other media end to end. Design a plan at different customer cohort level and create monthly calendar for CRM aligning with the business objectives
- Stakeholder Management - Being extremely influential and work with multiple stakeholders like product design, product tech and sales team to bring the events, storefront designs alive on the appDesired Skills :
- High performer with 4-6 years of experience with strong problem solving, stakeholder management capabilities.
- A high bias for action in driving projects from ideation to execution.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and having a growth mindset.-
- Ability to convert ambiguous business requirements into objective tasks that can be broken down into steps and then be actioned individually.
- Knowledge and experience of working with sql is a plus.Preferred
Experience:
- Handled merchandising & storefronts in an e-commerce/quick commerce environment
- Worked with multiple cross functional team and shows highly influential stakeholder management
- Can work independently on figuring out multiple cohorts of users and plan campaigns for them
- Have launched multiple campaigns for regional, national and user level objectives
- Handled CRM and has experience in handling tools like Clever Tap, GupShup etc
