Our technology services client is seeking multiple Scrum Master to join their team on a contract basis. These positions offer a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period.

Responsibilities :

- Act as a Servant Leader to Agile development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to define and refine backlog items.

- Remove impediments and drive team focus towards sprint goals.

- Ensure Agile best practices and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) are effectively implemented.

- Promote self-organization and ownership within the development team.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Use Agile metrics (burn down charts, velocity, cycle time) to drive team performance improvements.

- Support in Coaching and mentoring team members in Agile practices and principles.

- Communicate effectively with senior management regarding project status, risks, and dependencies.

Soft Skills :

- Should be able to contribute as an individual contributor and execute his/her responsibility independently.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Focus on self-planning activities.

- Firm with communication skills.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams in complex software projects.

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent).

- Having a background in Java, Spring Boot, or similar backend technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence or Rally.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Nice-to-have Skills :

- Healthcare domain knowledge.

- Healthcare QMS process.

Skills Assessment Criteria :

- Agile Development Knowledge Advanced Candidate should have hands-on experience in Agile Development.

- Knowledge of Tools Advanced Demonstrable experience in the abovementioned tools & technologies.
