Scrum Master - Agile/Kanban (7-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to guide and support our agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, coaching teams in Scrum best practices, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to remove impediments and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Serve as a coach and mentor to Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

- Remove impediments that hinder team progress and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.

- Promote continuous improvement within teams by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.

- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within Agile teams.

- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.

- Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and cycle time.

- Facilitate cross-team coordination and collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of product increments.

- Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, influencing teams and leadership.

- Support Agile transformation initiatives and drive process improvements.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe SM).

- Proven experience in coaching teams, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus).

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software development practices.

- Experience in guiding remote or distributed teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
