Our technology services client is seeking multiple Oracle FlexCubeBusiness Analyst to join their team on a Full Time basis. Below are further details about the role :

Role : Oracle FlexCubeBusiness Analyst.

Experience : 5-10 years.

Location : PAN India.

Notice Period : Immediate 30 Days.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications.

- Develop use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

- Gain and maintain deep functional knowledge of Oracle FlexCube modules and functionalities.

- Analyze the impact of business requirements on FlexCube configurations and customizations.

- Provide functional guidance and support to development and testing teams.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design and document FlexCube solutions.

- Develop functional design documents, including data mappings, interface specifications, and configuration details.

- Ensure solutions align with business requirements and FlexCube best practices.

- Develop test plans and test cases to validate FlexCube functionality and configurations.

- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Identify and document defects and work with development teams to resolve them.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.

- Conduct workshops and presentations to share knowledge and gather feedback.

- Identify opportunities to optimize FlexCube processes and workflows.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Support change management activities related to FlexCube implementations and upgrades.

- Ensure FlexCube solutions comply with relevant banking regulations and industry standards.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in banking regulations and their impact on FlexCube.

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

- Share FlexCube knowledge and best practices with team members.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain, with a strong focus on Oracle FlexCube.

- In-depth knowledge of core banking processes and functionalities.

- Strong understanding of Oracle FlexCube modules and configurations.

- Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.

- Proficiency in creating use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -

- Immediate to 30 days notice period.

Technical Skills :

- Oracle FlexCube core banking system.

- SQL (basic to intermediate).

- Business process modeling tools (Visio, BPMN).

- Requirements management tools (JIRA, Confluence).

- Data analysis and reporting tools (Excel).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle FlexCube certifications.

- Experience with FlexCube implementation or upgrade projects.

- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
