Your Roles & Responsibilities

• Increase Revenue through business development.
• Develop Go-to-market strategies for new product offerings
• Generate efficiencies through improvement in processes
• Coordination of stakeholders and cross functional team to ensure timely delivery.
• Pricing and Revenue Optimization
• Preparing value propositions and MARCOM strategies.
• Digitization of processes to support the next phase of growth.

KEY DELIVERABLES / KEY RESULT AREAS

• Performance of Overall Sales and Marketing
• Performance of key metrics such as Cost of Sales, Targeted Vs Achieved average price range (APR), Contribution of various verticals and business expansion.
• Disruptive innovations to support next phase of growth
• Digitization of processes and practices

• Team management.
• Processes & SOPs
• Needs to have a strong grip on marketing intelligence
• Experience in Real Estate can be an added advantage.

MBA/B Tech IIT/NIT
