KRAs:

• Development of new products for REO with development/engineering teams, MARCOM, SCM team & factories teams by adhering to timeliness and deadlines
• Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities & buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
• Create a USP for a product
• Responsible for proposing Go-to-Market (GTM) to maximize sales & profitability
• Research competitor strategy- Price, schemes, products positioning and make winning strategies accordingly
• Use market research data to establish product pricing, propose product positioning to maximize the top line & bottom line
• Make a 3-year road map
• Communicate the value of new product to the sales team along with a suggestive sales pitch
• Review inventory levels and ensure product availability
• Coordinates with Sales, Marcom, Service for better performance of products launched

Job Specifications:

• MBA in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institute with 8-12 years of experience establishing new category/businesses, having worked in similar industry or FMCD
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Financial acumen-understanding of P&L
• Foresightedness
• Good planning & execution
• Agility and speed in decision making
