Operation Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Vehicle Availability and Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are available on time with drivers. Ensure vehicles are returned, inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next order.
• Customer Service: Handle late-night reservations, customer inquiries, and any service issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee smooth processing of returns, rentals, and vehicle movement. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, legal requirements, and company policies.
• Coordination: Coordination with internal team and Oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in rental agreements, and report on revenue.
• Problem Resolution: Address emergencies or customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Shift- Able to work in night shift for Gurgaon Vacancy and Able to work in day shift for Mumbai Vacancy.

Preferred candidate profile

- Able to work in night shift for Gurgaon Vacancy.

- Able to work in day shift for Mumbai Vacancy.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a relevant industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
