Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Research Analyst to join our finance broking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present insights effectively on camera.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research on equity, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
• Analyze market trends, economic indicators, and company performance to generate actionable insights.

1. Content Creation and Presentation:
• Create engaging and informative research reports, market updates, and investment strategies.
• Present research findings through videos, webinars, and live sessions, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

1. Video News and Commentary:
• Record and present financial news updates, market forecasts, and stock analysis in a video format.
• Collaborate with the media and marketing team to produce high-quality video content for clients and social media platforms.

1. Client Advisory Support:
• Provide timely insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams based on research.
• Respond to client queries with detailed and accurate information.

1. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and trading teams to align research output with client requirements.
• Collaborate with other analysts to ensure comprehensive coverage of financial markets.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial research or a related role in the broking industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in front of the camera.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging video content.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, MS Excel, and other analytical tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with financial software like Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar platforms.
• Experience in producing market-related video content or conducting webinars.
• Certification such as CFA, NISM, or SEBI-registered Research Analyst is a plus.
