Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business by identifying potential clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. You will help individuals and businesses find the best coverage for their needs while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Approach Prospective Clients: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Consult and Advise Clients: Understand clients insurance needs, assess their current coverage, and provide suitable insurance options (life, health, property, etc.).
• Customize Insurance Solutions: Tailor insurance policies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Sales Presentations: Present and explain insurance policy options, coverage details, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Close Sales: Negotiate and finalize sales, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and address any service issues or policy changes.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes to better serve clients and remain competitive in the market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field (minimum [X] years).
• In-depth knowledge of different insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify suitable coverage solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one (as required by the state).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in selling multiple types of insurance (life, health, property, casualty, etc.).
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
