POSITION: SR. EQUITY RESEARCH ANALYST
LOCATION: INDORE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ;
conduct fundamental analysis of Indian equities across multiple sectors.
Conduct IPO analysis (Main Board & SME) to evaluate upcoming public offerings and their
investment potential.
Track macroeconomic trends, corporate actions, and sectoral developments affecting stock
performance.
Prepare investment research reports, stock recommendations, and thematic research notes.
Monitor portfolio performance and suggest rebalancing strategies. interact with
media to represent Swastika Research and provide expert market insights.
Present investment ideas and insights to the investment team and clients.
Conduct webinars and. seminars to educate investors and industry professionals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education: CA / CFA (Level 2 or 3) /MBA (Finance) from a reputed
institute.
Experience: 4-5 years in equity research, preferably in buy-side or sell-
side firms.
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Indian stock market,
SEBI regulations, IPO market (Main Board & SME), and key
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
economic indicators. Communication & Media Handling:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and
Hindi) to represent the company on media platforms.
GOOD-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
Background in financial services.
