🎓 Qualification: NISM Series VIII Certified (Equity & Derivatives)

Roles & Responsibilities:
✅ Team Management & Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of dealers and relationship managers.
• Train team members on trading strategies, compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure the achievement of revenue and client acquisition targets.

✅ Dealing & Trading Execution:

• Execute trades in equity and derivatives as per client requirements.
• Ensure risk management and compliance with SEBI & exchange guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and guide clients on investment strategies.

✅ Client Relationship & Revenue Growth:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI & retail clients.
• Advise clients on stock market investments and portfolio diversification.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.

✅ Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
• Monitor trading activities to prevent unauthorized transactions.
• Prepare daily reports on team performance, trade execution, and revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Mandatory: NISM Series VIII Certification
✔ Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and market operations
✔ Experience in client engagement and advisory services
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
