Requirements
- Bachelorsdegree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; Masters degree in Law (LLM)preferred.
- Provenexperience of 2-4 years working in a legal role, preferably within thedevelopment sector, mining, or related industries.
- Strongunderstanding of Indian laws, regulations, and legal frameworks relevant to developmentprojects and corporate governance.

Excellentdrafting skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise legal documents.
Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholdersand facilitate legal compliance.

Stronganalytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze diverse information,and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability tocommunicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues, and recommendsolutions.
Competency inthe usage of IT tools including proficiency in MS Office suite.
Strong oraland writing skills in English.

Nothing at all. There is nothing good about working here.
The Organisation is being run like a family business. There are no HR policies as such and there's an HR for a namesake who isn't even professionally qualified to be one and doesn't even know his job. The organization grabs contracts by using their links in Administration. Has a very high attrition rate, won't be long before they might have to close down their shutters if they work like this.
