Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients within the corporate and HoReCa sectors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with corporate clients and HoReCa establishments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Account Management:
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the corporate and HoReCa sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry or with food and beverage products.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
