We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our consumer goods company. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key retail partners, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with Modern Trade, standalone, and retail clients by understanding their sales objectives and aligning them with our company product offerings.

• Strategic account planning: Detelop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure exceptional service to Modern Trade accounts.

• Identify upselling opportunities: Work with the marketing team to create customized promotions and marketing strategies for retail partners.

• Customer advocacy: Act as a customer advocate by gathering feedback and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns raised from the market.

• Market analysis: Stay updated on consumer trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to improve business strategies.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as field staff, supply chain. and product development to ensure seamless and timely product distribution.
