ServiceNow Developer (CSM & ITSM)

JD:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly in CSM and ITSM modules.
• Develop and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
• Implement ServiceNow solutions based on best practices to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
• Work on ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems via REST, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.
• Perform upgrades and patch management while ensuring minimal business disruption.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and performance.
• Maintain proper documentation for development activities, solutions, and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and governance standards.
