Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Strong experience with ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.), and a deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, etc.).
• Scripting Skills: Proficiency in server-side scripting, client-side scripting, and API integrations in ServiceNow.
• APIs & Integration: Experience with REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols for connecting ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Development Tools: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and using ServiceNow's Studio for development.
• ServiceNow Certifications: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or other relevant certifications are preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and writing clear technical documentation.
