Sr. Product Manager/ Group Product Manager

8-10 years of experience in PMT with pharma company.
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap.
Drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to enhance product offerings.
Own KPIs such as user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead a team of product managers and provide strategic guidance.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
