Role & responsibilities
Managing Accounting and Audit:
- Finalisation of Consolidated Financial Statements of Parents Company along with subsidiaries companies such as, Consolidated Balance Sheet, Consolidated Profit & Loss A/c and Consolidated Cash Flow statement with consolidated Notes to Accounts.
- Finalisation of Separate Financial Statements of the company by consolidation of financial statements of Units (Plants) along with Corporate office such as Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements with Notes to Accounts.
- Analysis the variances for review of monthly / Quarterly results of the company.
- Finance Process/ Fund Mgt.
- Cash and Bank (Term Loan and Cash credit Accounts)
- Analysis of Monthly Cash Budget and fund management.
- Taxation Direct and Indirect
- Checking and verification of Goods and Service tax (GST) liabilities on "Reverse Charge" and Convert Credit claim, utilization and filing GST return.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of Returns & Forms to Statutory authorities to ensure compliance under Income Tax
- Ensure payment of all Statutory payments without fail and Filed all Statuary Returns within the time(TDS, TCS,GST) including Annual Return ITR etc.
- Forex Management - working knowledge & experiences of Import and Exports procedures etc.
Company Law Compliances:
- Filing CHG-1 and CHG-4 form for charge registration and satisfaction.
- Ensure payment of all Statutory compliances without fail and Filed all Statuary Returns within the timelines.
MIS & Reporting:
- Consolidating MIS reports with key data and presenting to management for review.
- Ensure compliance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the Company.
- Analysis Monthly ageing report of Receivables and advances.
- Follow up for amount deposited to various government departments as amount paid under protest
- Credit Analysis and debtors management.
- Maintaining Company Law records such as Minutes Books and necessary register and e-filing with Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
- Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM) for right issue of the company.
