Quality Head/Senior Manager

Area of Responsibility:

1) Quality system design, implementation & controlling: Ensure that quality strategies and processes are in place, Review & monitoring daily manufacturing activities & rejections. Evaluate the challenges faced by the business to meet quality objectives and take action to mitigate risks and develop action plans

2) Customer focus : Domestic & Exports - Customer interaction to resove their quality issues, Customer return PPM action plan, SQEP certification, Customer interaction for new parts development

3) New initiatives : TQM journey roadmap- design, implement, review & control, Centre of excellence-review & control, Model cell creation, Driving TEI activities

4) Supplier development : Supplier improvements, Identify potential supplier as well as LPS suppliers, Supplier PPM monitoring & 8D analysis

5) People Management: Handling IR issues, Maintaining 5-S of shop floor, Training & instructions for model change
