Manager/Senior Manager - Finance (5-10 yrs)

Role & responsibilities

- Managing the Financial Accounting and Costing activities of the Plant

- To be responsible for managing Financial accounts of the Division ensuring compliance to accounting standards, on-time Book closure, Capex Management, Statutory Compliance, Budgeting & Forecasting, MIS reporting, Costing and Inventory management, Cost allocation between Production and Service department, Vertical wise cost reporting and Product Costing, Daily Operating Cost analysis, Plant efficiency report and Inventory verification and reconciliation.

- Ensuring co-ordination for timely completion of Statutory audit, Tax Audit, Internal audit and other Audit requirements (IFC, GST, etc.

- Responsible for Review of General Ledger on a daily basis and preparation of all GL Schedules, MIS statements and Variance analysis with insightful information for Financial control.

- Extending support to the operating team and other Stakeholder for process optimization.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualifications: CA/ ICWA (Qualified)

- Skills: Should have handled independently handled Finance department in a medium size or large company.

- Should be versatile in other related Finance areas including GST and working experience in SAP environment
