Sresta Natural Bioproducts - Manager - Finance Costing & Plant Accounting (5-7 yrs)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for Costing and Compliance across the organization and Plant Accounting.

You would be handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, team leader and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.

- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

- Management of the SKU wise reports.

- Cost Saving validations and reporting of the same as and when required.

- Monitor and control plant expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and optimization.

- Analyze cost structures and identify areas for cost reduction.

- Implement cost control measures and track performance against cost targets.

- Maintaining export turnover profitability and variance analysis.

- Maintaining export pricing master.

- Gross margin variance analysis.

- Procurement price analysis.

- Preparation of yield reports of factory and TPU.

- Preparation of capacity utilization reports.

- Reconciling export turnover with GST returns.

- Coordinating completion of various reconciliations required for Cost audit.

- Management of material procurement and processing.

- Review of production order posted at various locations.

- Preparation of variance by price and volume.

- Preparation of cost sheets using a process costing.

- Improvements in tracking costs and allocation of OHs by applying Activity Based costing.

- Inventory valuation as per the procedure laid, Periodical Factory, Warehouse inventory audit.

- Analysis of slow-moving inventory.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.

- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Manage plant audits.

Qualifications:

- ICWA Fully Qualified

- Costing experience in mandatory.

- Data Handling and Process handling is mandatory.

- Team Handling experience is mandatory.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

- Detail-oriented and analytical.
