We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to drive new business opportunities and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify & Engage Potential Clients: Proactively research and connect with businesses and brands in need of event services.
• Client Requirement Management: Understand client needs and circulate the requirements within the right teams for execution.
• Briefing & Collaboration: Discuss project briefs, de-code client requirements, and work closely with internal teams to develop strategies and solutions.
• Presentation & Feedback Exchange: Create and present idea pitches to clients, ensuring a smooth exchange of feedback to refine and meet expectations.
• Client & Delivery Team Liaison: Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment and seamless communication.
• Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, marketing budgets, and upcoming product launches.
• Exhibition & Event Tracking: Maintain a list of relevant industry events and exhibitions to generate new business opportunities.
• Timely Execution & Delivery: Ensure all projects are executed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or a similar role in the events/marketing industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate between teams effectively.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for relationship-building and sales.
• In-depth understanding of the events and activation industry.
