Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in AR collection, corporate collection, cash collection, credit collection, B2B collection, debt collection, us collection or international voice process.
  
• Strong knowledge of collections process and ability to work independently.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
  
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

• WORK FROM HOME (Candidate should be based in Tamil Nadu, Kochi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Bhopal or Mumbai only). Should be ready to relocate to Chennai when there is a business requirement.
• International voice experience is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience collection is preferred
• Candidate Must have Very Good Communication Skills in English.
