Job Description

10 to 15 years of experience in delivery mgmt. program management in the Banking and Fianc Space. Managed and delivery Banking and Fianc platform implementation projects.
Managed team sizes of 50 and above
Managed large Insurance delivery projects, insurance platform projects.
Have strong end-to-end Insurance domain experience.
Driven PL for large Insurance portfolios.
Management customer/stakeholder management reviews in QBRs
Team management, Stakeholder mgmt, customer management
Done Presales activities for insurance customers.
Worked in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
An effective communicator with honed relationship management, analytical, coordination, organizational abilities, People Management, Business Awareness /Development, Stakeholder Management, Strategic thinking, Customer service, Vendor Management, Problem Solving Interpersonal abilities.
Sound exposure of Project Management Tools Processes. Sound knowledge of CMMI Quality Procedures/Agile
Ability to converse on technologies related to Insurance industry.
