Position: International Voice Support
Location: Bangalore
Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs
Salary:

• Fresher: ₹3.00 LPA + Night Shift Allowance
• Experienced (1+ Year): ₹3.6 LPA + Night Shift Allowance
  Immediate Joiners Only
  Other Benefits:
• 2-way Cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in English, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide solutions for customer issues, ensuring first-contact resolution where possible.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Work within a team to meet targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.

Desired Skills:

• Fresher: Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience: 1+ year of international voice experience (preferably in customer support).
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
