Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Expert

Sutherland is seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud with a strong background in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R) processes. The ideal candidate will work within Sutherland to analyse our US based clients Oracle Fusion setup, identify areas for optimization, and collaborate with both the client and internal teams to implement improvements. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud s financial modules, process automation, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of the client s Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities, aligning with both client objectives.
• Prioritize and develop a roadmap for key interventions, ensuring seamless implementation with minimal business disruption.
• Work closely with client s Oracle implementation partner to guide them through implementation, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with Sutherland s internal teams to monitor, measure & report efficiencies realised through automation and enhanced Oracle functionalities.
• Conduct stakeholder discussions, prepare presentations, and provide recommendations on optimizing Oracle Fusion features.
• Monitor project execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of identified improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud enhancements and recommend relevant updates to the client.
