Regional Manager - BFSI enterprise solution sales
Role Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive sales and business growth in the BFSI technology sector, particularly focusing on the banking and financial services industries.
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BFSI market dynamics and have proven experience in enterprise solution sales within these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of the BFSI technology market, specifically within banking and financial services.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a track record of closing large deals and acquiring new clients.
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Software Sales, with a focus on BFSI sector.
- Experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, or similar regions.
- Drive significant revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and cross-selling to existing customers
- Coordinating internal resources for the preparation and delivery of value-based solutions for clients
- Negotiating and closing contracts with client's key decision-makers
- Develop partner networks and strategic partnerships in the Middle East.
- Open to frequent travels to the region for various sales activities and work independently to close deals.
- Prior experience in building and managing partners is a plus
- Engage in active discussions with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new logos and strategic partnerships.
- Continuously develop existing accounts to ensure repeat business while proactively seeking out new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on consistent growth.
- Strong problem-solving ability, with a creative and methodical approach to sales challenges.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Need to manage business portfolios, and be adaptable with the ability to coach and lead in a rapidly changing environment effectively.
- Comfortable with consultative and solution-selling approaches.
- Proven excellence in a target-driven sales environment.
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with C-level executives.
