Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in the construction of solar power plants, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and structural civil engineering. The candidate should have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the civil construction activities of solar power plants, ETP, WTP, STP, and other infrastructure projects.
• Structural Design & Analysis: Ensure the structural stability of buildings, foundations, and solar mounting structures as per industry standards.
• Site Supervision: Monitor on-site civil construction, ensuring compliance with designs, quality, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Material Management: Estimate and procure construction materials, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Quality Control & Safety: Implement quality control measures and safety protocols at the project site.
• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with design teams, contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies for smooth project execution.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare project progress reports, BOQs, and as-built drawings.
• Soil & Foundation Testing: Conduct necessary geotechnical assessments to ensure proper foundation and structural integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in solar power plant civil construction, water treatment projects (ETP, WTP, STP), and structural engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, and other structural analysis tools.
• Knowledge of IS codes, BIS standards, environmental laws, and local construction regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.

Preferred Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Safety certifications like IOSH/NEBOSH are advantageous.
• Training in structural engineering software will be beneficial.
