Roles and Responsibilities

• Daily Communications with DNB/DGO/DCH/IAP, NBE, NNF (mail & portal) and any academic related communication.
• Submitting Account details regarding all students, nursing, & paramedics to the academic forms, DNB Concern Authorities
• Preparing documents as per the accreditation authority for all academic Assessments.
• Assembling the DNB student appraisals & submitting them in the DNB portals monthly.
• Systematizing attendances, seminar details of students, & submitting in DNB Portal and respective accreditation portal.
• Collecting OP, IP patient data & submitting in specific accreditation portal.
• Communicating with DNB institutes with whom we have an MOU for the rotational posting of DNB
• students
• Communicating with DNB institutes with whom we have an MOU for the rotational posting of DNB students
• Coordination with DNB/DGO/DCH/IAP/NNF faculty for new application, renewal process.
• Handling library keep books & journals data updated. Coordinate for subscription.
• Maintaining data of students, do joining process, preparing curriculum activities, maintain training records, documentation for exams, form submission of students.
• Prepare the duty Rota of DNB students and maintain Training records.
• Will be responsible for any other duties assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

• Regular coordination with the other departments like Nursing, Front Office, Billing, Insurance, Radiology etc. to ensure the patient and attendant has a comfortable stay in the hospital.
• Making sure that all the patient grievances are being addressed.
• Overview work of quality department to ensure implementation of continuous quality improvement program.
• Ensuring appropriate documentation in medical records by clinical staff.

• Responsible for various Audits Example Internal & Medical Audits.
• Responsible to liaison for all education related work of Doctors.
• Ensure relevant training is provided to all the concerned staff of the hospital including Doctors.
• Will be responsible for any other duties assigned by the Facility Director/Medical Director from time to time
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field (BAMS/BHMS).
  
• Strong academic knowledge.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with healthcare professionals.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
