IVF - Clinical Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Assessing patients through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations for IVF patients.

2. Assess and Identify Psychological and behavioural problems in patients

3. History taking and conducting physical examination.

4. Conducting individual and couple therapy.

5. Documentation and reporting to clinicians and other health care professionals.

6. Coordination with the patients during their course of treatment.

7. Attending the calls of patients and attending their medical queries.

8. Assisting consultants in the OPD (in house as well as outreach)

9. Educating patients about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through tough situations.

10. Building up good relation with patients, explain them about the treatment and costing (as and when required)

11. Help them decide and ensure maximum Patient get converted to start treatment with our center and help achieve organizational goals.

12. Help patient deal with negative outcome, provide them the supportive counselling and handhold then to a closure.

13. Will be responsible for any other duties assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.
