Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify patients before performing blood collection procedures.
  
• Screen and collect samples from patients, ensuring proper labeling and handling of specimens.
  
• Transport lab specimens responsibly to ensure integrity of samples.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, test results, and sample collections.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during phlebotomy procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in phlebotomy or related field (blood bank/hospital setting).
  
• B.Sc degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry).
  
• Strong knowledge of blood collection techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
