Manager and Assistant Manager- Tool Room

We are looking for "Assistant Manager and Manager for Tool Room" department at our manufacturing plant located in Silvassa- Dadra and Nagar Haveli.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Mould Design & Development:- Can do the Mould Design and check the mould designing prepared by design engineer. Also can take care mould modification, development, maintenance and customer related issue.

Vendor Development:- for Tool room consumables/Job work and Organizing the outdoor job outsourcing / Negotiation / Follow-up.

Mould Costing:- For new product development to production and discuss possible no. of cavities material and machine and then forward it to Director Operations.

Compliance:- Ensure all ISO related files & documents are maintained properly including GANTT charts, mould history card, APQP files and also commercial documents like reports, excel reports, inspection reports, comparison reports, etc.)

Shop floor Management:-

• Monitor, control, preparation & Planning of GANTT chart.
• Plan & implement existing mould repairing and modification process
• Develop new mould / press tools
• To ensure mould history register is up-to-date
• Maintain the equipment in proper packing
• Maintain stock of all the required consumable
• To check stock of machine spare's, jig & fixture and Horn etc.
• Prepare & implement procedure for mould cleaning, loading & unloading, setting, inspection, repairing works, etc

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:-

• Should have hands on knowledge on all types of tool room machinery- EDM, VMC, CNC, Grinding and Machining series.
• Should have good hands on experience on Mould Design Software like Solid Work or any other relevant software.
• Dynamic , multi-tasking personality, ability to control and lead, Problem solving ability and can work under pressure.
• Knowledge of various inspection methods, documentation
• Knowledge about Tensile Tester, Various Plastic product inspection procedure
• Worked with Nylon Component, preferably from Commercial Tool Room.
