We seek a visionary R&D Head to lead innovation across our diverse textile operations. This strategic role focuses on developing niche cutting-edge products, enhancing process efficiencies, and driving sustainability initiatives to strengthen our market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the R&D strategy for fashion, technical garments, and home textiles.
• Lead product innovation in sustainable and value-added textiles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and implement advanced technologies.
• Monitor global industry trends and adopt best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Build and mentor a high-performing R&D team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven expertise in textile R&D with 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of spinning, weaving, knitting, processing, and garmenting.
• Passion for innovation and sustainability.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
