Job Description
- Position: Junior Account Executive
- Location : Mumbai
- Reporting to: Accounts Manager
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0- 2 year
- Job Purpose:
- Responsible for the co-ordination with the internal team MIS reporting to Management and Sales Team, Primary Books of account update, Statutory Compliances.
- JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Verification of contractors statement viz-a-viz Attendance Report, Leave Records, Bank details
- Verifying Debtors and Creditors outstanding / reconciliation and entries
- Preparation of various Statutory compliance related documents for timely filing returns.
- Co-ordination with Superior and Sub-ordinate for execution of various task
- To execute all the assignment given by the Accounts Manager and Management from Time to Time
- Daily entries in primary books and co-ordinate with Superior
- Any Assignment given by Seniors / Management for the execution of respective task.
- Daily Bank receipt and payment entries and Bank reconciliation
- Required Skill
- Ability perform in Pressure scenario
- Should have knowledge of various digital application
- Should be able to manage multiple task
- Should be aware about various applicable legal and compliance.
- Should be able to take instructions and follow the same for execution of task.
- Ready to learn to new value additions during execution of Task
- Should be able to work in Tally or any of the Accounting software
- Should have good knowledge of Excel
