Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Network and Security Manager to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, security, and cloud technologies and will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and oversee the company MPLS network, switches, and load balancers.

• Proficient in planning, configuring, and validating IP addressing schemes for advanced network environments, encompassing
• IPv4 and IPv6, subnetting, VLSM, route summarization, and NAT.
• VPN and Connectivity: Set up and maintain secure VPN connections for remote access and inter-branch communication.
• System Administration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and updating of Windows and Linux servers.
• Authentication: Familiar with various authentication methods and protocols, such as Kerberos, RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP,
• Security Operations: Implement and monitor intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and
  other cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data.
• Policy Development: Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
  for the organization.
• Incident Response: Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network and security
  incidents.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to assess and address networking and security
  needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network and security configurations, changes, and procedures.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field.

Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in network and security
management roles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency with MPLS, VPN, and load balancing technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers.
  Strong understanding of Azure Cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, CISSP, CCIE, or Network+ is preferred,Azure
  Administrator/Architect, or equivalent certifications.
