Job title / Designation: Technical Sales Engineer (Process Instrumentation, Mechanical Valves)

We have an urgent opening for an Outside Sales Engineer specializing in Process Instrumentation, Mechanical Valves. The candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in a reputed engineering company manufacturing Process Instrumentation and Mechanical Valves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Visits & Sales Generation: Proactively visit clients to generate and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure accurate and competitive offers are sent to clients.
• Order Finalization: Negotiate and finalize sales orders, ensuring all terms and conditions are agreed upon.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment collection from clients as per agreed terms.
• Cross Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including Inside Sales, Logistics, Service, and Accounts, to ensure seamless sales operations.
• Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from inquiry generation to order fulfilment and payment collection, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term business growth.

Education: Diploma/B.E./B. Tech in Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a valve manufacturing or instrumentation industry.

Skills Required:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Proficiency in handling client interactions and relationship management.
• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time for client visits.
• Experience in the valve manufacturing or process instrumentation industry is mandatory.
