Job Description
Job Description: Field Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits for demonstrations, installations, and inspections.
- Provide technical support to sales teams and junior engineers.
- Perform testing, inspection, and quality checks before dispatch.
- Service and repair instruments; submit service reports.
- Offer customer support via phone, video, or email.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: ITI or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to provide clear support to customers.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience or candidates with prior experience in Field service
Willingness to travel-(100% preferred)
