Job Description
- Support and Maintenance :
- Provide L1 and L2 support for Workato integration workflows.
- Address and resolve tickets using ManageEngine (Zoho) .
- Respond to support requests via email, ad-hoc Slack messages , and other business channels.
- Enhancements and Projects :
- Work with business teams to identify and implement integration enhancements.
- Manage project workflows and updates using Jira and Monday.com .
- Hybrid Work Coordination :
- Collaborate with teams onsite for 3 days at Gainsight Hyderabad office.
- Maintain productivity and communication while working 2 days remotely.
- Salesforce Integration Management :
- Support Salesforce integration processes during 3 PM to 11 PM IST work timings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related integration issues.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Analyze recurring issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Ensure the stability and scalability of Workato workflows.
- Technical Expertise :
- Proficiency in Workato or similar integration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems like ManageEngine (Zoho) .
- Project Management :
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Monday.com for managing enhancements/projects.
- Communication :
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with business teams through various channels (email, Slack, etc.).
- Work Style :
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing onsite and remote work effectively.
- Availability for the specified work timings (3 PM to 11 PM IST).
- Prior experience in a similar role within a SaaS or integration-heavy environment.
- Understanding of business process automation and workflows.
- Certification in Workato, Salesforce, or related tools is a plus.
