Position Title : Service Now Support Engineer
Job Location : Remote / Shifts
Availability : Immediate
Responsibilities :
- 4+ years relevant experience in Application support Service Now
- Good understanding of ITIL (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management)
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding issue status and resolution timelines.
- Tools -Service now ITSM, CSM, JavaScript
- Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and
development guidelines and standards
- Worked on Service Now ITSM solutions to give end to end visibility into ITIL processes and infrastructure through a single system of record.
- Experience on technical implementation of various Service now modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Transform Maps and Service Portal.
Essential Qualifications :
- B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech degree in CS, ECE, IS or any
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong logical and analytical skill
- Able to work in cross-functional and global teams, and participate in early morning or latenight calls
- Ability to hustle between different roles
