Job Description:
- Transport management system configuration & maintenance
- Enable new sites & users mapping in TMS system
- Manage & update slot capacities at site-level. Participate & audit capacities for peak/festivals
- Work on holiday/Sunday PDD management with internal & external partners
- Maintain master data pertaining to TMS sites, users, design-max-capacity, Service area
- Manager omni pincode-serviceability for our RS & EC business units
- Conduct regular review of serviceability with internal & external partners. Enable network with best universal-exchange & cashify-exchange service
- Conduct weekly 3PL performance review along with operations manager. Add buffer / change partner as per 3PL-performance & daily inputs
- Monitor SLA design & actual index offered to EC-customer. Focus on improving HD-%
- Manager EC-sourcing rule within Cost & SLA guardrail for strander delivery
- Maintain sourcing rule change in masters for review
- Maintain sourcing rules pertaining to reverse flow
