Associate Creative Director - Copy

Role Overview:

As Brand Creative Director, for our brand Partner in a fast-growing startup specializing in instant marinades that make cooking flavorful and convenient, you will craft and execute a compelling brand narrative across all platforms, including social media, website, packaging, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Founder, design, and video production teams to ensure brand consistency and engagement across every customer touchpoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Storytelling: Maintain consistency across KILRR s brand identity, voice, and messaging to resonate with our audience.
• Content Copy Direction: Oversee execute all brand communication, including website content, packaging, emailers, Instagram Reels scripts, and ad copy. Please check out Kilrr s instagram to see the kind of scripts you d be expected to write and build on in terms of content. We re looking for someone who is good with Hindi as well for scripts for the videos we make.
• Social Media Community Engagement: Work closely with the content team to drive engagement and growth, ensuring that KILRR s social presence is fresh, relatable, and impactful.
• Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development of campaigns and activations to strengthen brand awareness and drive consumer love.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the video, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand positioning across all assets.
• Consumer Insights Trends: Stay on top of industry trends and consumer behavior to refine messaging and strategy.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or content strategy for a D2C or fast-moving consumer brand.
• Prior experience in a marketing/advertising agency or on the brand side with a young, high-growth brand.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills able to craft compelling narratives for digital platforms.
• Understanding of Instagram-first content and digital-first brand building.
• Experience in running campaigns, packaging communication, and influencer collaborations.
• A passion for food, culture, and consumer brands that create meaningful connections.
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
